Our Tumbling Gymnastics Programs
Tumbling is crucial to Cheerleading, Martial Arts, Dance, Drill and many other programs. It is important that athletes learn the right way of tumbling. Tumbling the wrong way is not only no pretty, but can cause serious harm to the performers. Here are some classes to help you learn that backhandspring or side ariels you've always wanted.
Tumbling for All - Cheer/Dance/Martial Arts
This class is a class for anyone who would like to tumble. Athletes will learn how to tumble with the help of mats, spotting, and various drills. This class teaches tumbling skills such as rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers, handsprings, and various flips. This is a 55 minute class for boys and girls, ages 6 to 18.
Tumbling for All - Minimum Requirement: round off, bridge kick over, cartwheel
This class is a class for anyone who would like to work on their flexibility. Athletes will be training general flexibility skills and leaps, jumps, twists and turns. This is a 55 minute class for boys and girls, ages 6 to 18.
